Bricks

My forever today we put on this ground the first brick of our love

No fairies, no magicians, no rainbow, no priest, not even a dove

Whatever this building will be, no earthquake will destroy our castle

Because what we believe is so much more than the hates and the hassles

Bricks after bricks we will struggle to make that piece become a home

Every single grade that will warm up our hearts, from this complex kind of Tetris

Will be considered as a success, an aim, an amazing power to support our dome

No matter what they feel, what they say or what someone thinks or sees

A natural mix of earth and water, to build a natural wish of stability

Is what we work for in that matter, what brings us to sustainability

We don’t even have to paint it, as long as we will call it ours

This is where we will spend our lives and kill our simple hours

A brick, added to another is just a piece in that weird jigsaw

But means a world for any wall that will fall or grow

Take that brick with me, don’t break it and make it real
